“Thank you, mom” is the second most-shared brand video online

Launched on the 18th, P&G’s “Thank you, Mom” commercial finished the month of April with over a million shares. Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu for Wieden+Kennedy’s global campaign, the video was, according to social media blogs Mashable and ReelSEO, the second most shared brand video that month.

In Brazil, “Thank you, Mom” aired only twice on broadcast TV and after each showing became a Trending Topic on Twitter Brazil. Today, the version of the video in Portuguese has 413,386 views on YouTube and is responsible for 25% of the shares that resulted in the second place ranking.
